Job Description

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with analyzing all production change requests that are submitted
  • Confirming approvals and impact of changes
  • Providing Production Control approval for these changes when all criteria are met; follow through on completed items to ensure successful implementation or roll back as needed.
  • Increase the percentage of compliant change requests that are submitted
  • Assist with maintain accurate and complete records of all approved and not approved change requests
  • Provide support to all levels of the management team, associates, and client representatives relating to IT changes
  • Assist with coordinating all IT resources and control conflicts to the IT systems and client impacts
  • Work with the IT Change Management Administrator in making recommendations for improvements to the change management process including following industry Best Practices in Change Management Techniques
  • Constant learning and execution of industry Best Practices in Change Management Techniques
  • Maintain forecasting project calendar

 

Education:

Two-year college degree in a business-related or Information Technology related field or equivalent work experience

 

Experience Target:

Two or more years industry-related experience including Change Control and Process Management

 

Skills: 

  • Good written/verbal communication skills, presentation skills and computer skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to understand technical information and determine risks associated with information
  • Ability to work well within a team environment as well as to work independently with a minimum amount of supervision
