Job Description

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):
1. Handle a team of 15 agents
2. Monitor individual and team performance
3. Drive and meet account specific KPIs
4. Provide feedback to agents to  improve performance
5. Manage retention and attrition
       
BASIC POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum Requirements for the Position)
1. Must pass 85% of KPI's in the last 3 months
2. Possess good leadership skills
3. Good communication skills
4. No pending corrective action higher than Verbal Warning
5. At least 6 months in current position
6. Must be a team player and flexible with schedule
       
EDUCATION:       
College level or 2 yrs above
       
WORK EXPERIENCE:      
1. Must have at least 1 year experience as a coach/team manager  
 
 
       
SKILLS:    
Sales - preferred but not required, Customer Service, Navigational, Above Average English Comprehension, Above average interpersonal and written communication skills. (STRONG COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS)
