SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides administrative and clerical support to recruiters in hiring related activities per account; Maintains pre-hire process and ensures a smooth transition for new associates into Sitel; Schedules interviews, checks references and medical results, support new hire orientation, prepares necessary paper works and schedules training for new hires; May appreciate in screening applicants by conducting telephone interviews, language assessment and online testing.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

College Graduate - Psychology, Marketing, Business Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent, Strong oral and written communication skills, Candidate should be dynamic, energetic and passionate about sourcing, Excellent organizations and multi-tasking skills; detail-oriented, Proficient in MS Office.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year relevant work experience


EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in any Course

 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Effective organizational and time management skills

Must be able to maintain the strictest confidence

Collaborative work style essential

Basic computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Ability to perform general administrative support and ability to communicate effectively with job applicants in person and by phone using keen listening, acknowledging and informing skills

Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail and accuracy
