Job Summary

What is a Customer Service Associate for Sitel?

A Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all our customers.  This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in advancing orders and correcting post-sale problems. 

Our associates communicate with customers primarily via email and telephone, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast paced environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities

What do I need to be a Customer Service Associate with Sitel?

We seek people who can build trust with our clients’ customers and lead functional support teams. We look for individuals with exceptional project management talent, subject matter experts in all facets of business operations, and people with leadership talent.

We are looking for full time customer service professionals to join our team and provide support to a global French market.

Requirements

  • Native level French (C2 minimum)
  • Good understanding of English
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to build trust with the customers
  • Patient, empathetic, and an ability to manage stress

  • Previous customer service experience
