New Look and Sitel are recruiting for a number of temporary Customer Service Advisors on 3 month contracts over the summer months to assist with all levels of customer enquiries.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Duties will include

* Answering queries from customers relating to purchases made
* Assisting customers with completing planned purchases 
* Logging information accurately to ensure an up to date system of customer requests
* Completing personal administration and other ad hoc tasks.

Experience Target

* Previous experience in delivering excellent customer service (essential) 
* Previous experience working in a team based, office environment (desirable) 
* Previous experience working in a fast paced environment (desirable)

* Previous contact centre experience/dealing with customers over the telephone (desirable)

* Excellent telephone manner 
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
* Computer literacy 
* Ability to remain calm and level headed in a challenging but stimulating environment

Pay Rate

Pay rate of £7.50ph



Full Time and Part Time Hours


Sitel are offering 40 hours per week as a full time contract, however we also offer a range of part time contracts from 16 hours per week upwards. These would be working across the following opening hours:

Monday to Saturday - 08:00 to 22:00
Sunday - 10:00 to 22:00

You can work up to 5 days each week however this could be split across weekdays and weekends. The schedules are generally published 3-4 weeks in advance to give you plenty of notice of what you are required to work.

Due to training requirement, the first week of employment will consist of a mandatory 37.5 hours which will be Monday to Friday from 9am - 5:30pm at full pay, however after this week the shift patterns will be adjusted to induvidually requested hours.

The start dates for these positions are:

12th June
19th June
10th July


Contract

3 month fixed term contract contract due to end in September 2017.
