About Us

Sitel’s clients come from various industries including financial services, health/fitness, media services, retail, and travel.

While serving our wide range of customers one may be handling calls in regards to products, services, troubleshooting, and setting appointments for customers. Occasionally one may have to de-escalate customers while fixing the issues presented.

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Inbound calls.
  • Must follow guidelines and goals established by the client/ management.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have enthusiastic approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to handle information requests.
  • Ability to handle compliments and complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Must have attention to detail. 
  • Preforms all other job related duties as requested.

 

Required:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Excellent written/ verbal communication to deal effectively with all business and customer contacts.
  • Ability to toggle between multiple screens while chatting with the customer.

 

Preferred:

  • At least 6 months of related experience.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment.
  • Ability to stay motivated.
  • Ability to work independently
