Sitel is now hiring in their Glasgow, KY location. We are looking for tech-savvy problem solvers who love to help others. This position answers inbound calls and provides direct assistance to consumers. Sitel provides training, guidelines and goals to ensure that you are truly successful. 

Qualified applicants must possess a High School diploma or GED. 

•Prior customer service experience preferred 
•Positive attitude and ability to work well with others 
•Excellent communication skills 
•Professional, articulate voice 
•Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer 
•Type 25 words per minute 
•Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude

Start wage is $10/hour with an ability to increase up to $12.25/hour through our step increases and incentive plans.
