Job Summary

The Learning Specialist, will be responsible for deliver induction; Soft skills, technical, sales and product training to newly recruited Sitel employees and to the long-term associates of the campaign, as defined by Sitel and our Clients. Will be also responsible for the ongoing management of all Training tasks directly associated to all the projects in the site(s).
This role will also be involved in tracking and analyzing training programs by examining agent performance; Conducts training programs for representatives/agents and first-line supervisors on new products/services; Selling skills and/technical trainings or system changes and in the creation of learning experiences that equip new and long-term associates to excel in their work environments through expert classroom instruction, on-floor mentoring and one-to-one skills coaching.  

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Profound knowledge of French and English
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages (preferable)
  • Excellent listening and oral/written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills. 
  • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, research and decision-making skills.  
  • Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet, e-mail, MS Office).  
  • Organizational and time management skills. 
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to manage challenging trainees and customers while remaining in control.  
  • Ability to work under pressure and through a flexible schedule.
  • Self-learning abilities and auto-sufficient.

Experience target:

  • Experience in the training area


  • University degree Social Studies or Educational areas and proven experience in training/ training management.
