We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives for our contact centre based in Exeter to work on behalf of our exciting brands.

We are looking for a committed person with the endurance to work in a call centre enviroment, who is people orientated, encourages team work and shares responsibility for the teams overall performance - Shows integrity, attention to detail and demonstrates a 'Can Do’ attitude.

It is important our team can respond in a tactful, diplomatic and empathetic manner with all of our customers.

Call Centre experience is not essential but is desirable

Good written and oral communication skills in Maths & English

Working knowledge of basic Microsoft Packages

Proven ability to work to deadlines and meet targets.
