Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

Our clients come from various industries including financial services, health/fitness, media services, retail and travel. 

Answer inbound calls involving providing technical and basic troubleshooting assistance and education by phone regarding installation and use of products. Upsell additional or upgraded services will be required.


High school diploma or equivalent


  • Prior customer service experience (preferred)
  • Prior technical troubleshooting (routers, internet, computer software)
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Previous experience communicating using technical terminology 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Professional, articulate voice 
  • Ability to multi-task by working in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer 
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute 
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism with the customer

$9-$10/hour depending upon the line of business. Also have an opportunity to increase your pay through step progression.
