Demand Planning Analytics Manager

The Demand Planning Analytics Manager is responsible for maximising sales growth through cross-channel demand and conversion planning across the Post-paid & Fixed Consumer Australia portfolio.


This is a critical role that informs demand needed, resulting in where we invest our A&P expenditure by geography & product. This activity is essential to achieve our AOP GA targets.


This role is responsible for:


  • Developing advanced business models to understand traffic & conversion drivers by geography, product and sales channel
  • Establishing demand & sales conversion profiles for each geography and channel
  • Determining Demand Targets for Base Sales & Acquisition teams by Product & Geography
  • Evaluating, and iterating demand & conversion targeting quarterly, to ensure we achieve our AOP GA targets


This role will initially focus on the Demand Management portfolio; however the transformative nature of this role may see it evolve over time, to include other areas in order to address changing business priorities and customer growth needs.


Requirements and Experience


Are you still excited? Here’s the experience we need from you:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a marketing, strategy or commercial environment (product, strategy, research, marketing analytics)
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in building complex models and using advanced forecasting techniques
  • Experience in Marketing Attribution Modelling
  • Extensive experience in market performance analysis – understanding the role / impact of proposition, channel, pricing, competitors
  • Extensive experience developing executive grade presentations, management summaries and recommendations
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Marketing
