As a result, we are seeking a Brand Development Manager to be responsible for managing the development and implementation of our brand strategy and driving alignment of the brand across all channels.

Your core responsibilities include on-going brand management, looking after the evolution and execution of the brand identity, brand guidelines and brand approval through superb stakeholder management, consultation, agency leadership and workshops to manage overall look and feel of the brand.

 

This role will suit someone who is strategic and adaptable. Someone who likes fast paced industries, is open to change and believes that work is better when we operate as one team.

From a day to day perspective this role will work collaboratively to educate and implement the brand strategy and visual identity across all areas of the business. Internally and externally.

 

You need to be able to engage and inspire stakeholders to deliver work that is true to the brand and positions Optus for success. You need to be someone who is brilliant at winning the hearts and minds of stakeholders at all levels.

 

What are we looking for ?

To be successful you are someone people gravitate to for advice, are a self-starter with a curious mind and collaborative attitude – unconventional backgrounds are welcome.

Great attention to detail, superb project management skills and extraordinary stakeholder management skills are a must to ensure exceptional education and alignment across all marketing activities.

Ideally, you have 5-6 years of Brand management experience, either internally within a medium to large corporate or within a Brand Agency. You have proven agency liaison experience. Knowledge and experience in creative and production for communications activity is essential as well as experience in campaign planning and brand planning.
