About the role – Are you ready?

 

As Optus Business’ State Manager, Pre Sales, you will lead the team of state based pre-sales specialists, providing business and technical consultancy and design across all domains within the Optus Business Information Communications Technologies (ICT) to both internal and external customers.  One key focus, will be providing strategic business and technical leadership,  to ensure that the local team, has a clear responsibility for providing pre-sales support and solution design to a portfolio of customers.

You will interface with Optus Business Sales and ICS (Integrated Client Services), whilst your immediate team will primarily consist of Consulting Architects and Domain Architects.

This position will play a key role in the sales and Pre-sales engagement process, driving teams to deliver outstanding customer experience and business outcomes, with industry leading services and solutions.

What does success look like – About you?

 

As the successful applicant, you will have significant  and demonstrable experience in consultative and creative solution selling and a strong pedigree in developing solutions that meet customer requirements. We expect that you’ll have at least 10 years management experience, in an IT Services business.

 

Key to success will be an impressive background in the areas of telecommunications, information technology, applications and implementation/migration issues across a range of industries and markets.
