Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by taking orders, answering product questions and availability in a professional and positive manner. Data entry, phones and clerical work are daily tasks in our fast paced offices.

Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Provide information about our products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns. Document and update customer records based on interactions. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.

Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields. Associates degree or higher. Ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail. Positive and professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay range: $15-$18 per hour. Health/Dental Insurance, 401,000.
