Job Description:

Position Overview

Siemens PLM Software is seeking a Software Engineer for building and supporting production builds in a large commercial CAD environment. In this role, you will provide support to Customer Champions and Development in producing releases that resolve customer software defects. This position is in NX Program and Release Management.


* Work with a team to build releases that resolve customer reported defects.
* Coordinate with developers to fix build issues.
* Maintain existing build tools and web based reports.
* Involvement in creating new tools and web based reports.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

* BS or MS in Computer Science.
* At least 1 years of experience with Perl or C/C++.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, roles, and geographical time zone boundaries.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
* General engineering and problem solving skills.
* 5% Travel may be required.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

* Experience with continuous integration and continuous (CICD) environment.
* Hands on experience with Jenkins, Perforce.
* Proactive in learning and making use of latest software technologies.
