The coding environment: Java & Javascript with very productive and extensible App framework, Scrum teams of 3-5 developers co-located, Release cycles of 3-6 month duration. Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent
A strong academic background with a BS or MS from a widely-recognized, top quality engineering program Some past internship work which demonstrates understanding of and enthusiasm for applications development (contrasted with systems level development or hardware) Demonstrated skill with Java, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML5, or comparable widely-used technologies High aptitude for innovative UI work, or excellent grasp of complex algorithms and how to design for scale and performance.
