This experience will allow the intern to develop the skills necessary for job placement and advancement in the mortgage and financial services industries. The intern will assist with researching and developing a proposal for an electronic file system and with automation of employee documentation.The intern will be provided with a foundation of technical and leadership skills and cross-functional opportunities, which will reinforce and expand classroom learning while preparing them for postgraduate employment. In this role, you will…

* Research and create a proposal on the deployment of an electronic file system for all Human Resources office locations
* Automate all offers letters and non-competition agreements into a centralized repository (for active employees)
* Provide support to Human Resources and Administration team

* Conduct research and provide recommendations for electronic file system that would be deployed into multiple office locations
* Assist with automation of all offers letters and non-compete agreements into a centralized repository for active employees
* Assist Human Resources and Administration team with other projects as needed
* Weekly meetings and projects to ensure completion of capstone project
* Attendance of lunch and learns, leadership meet and greets, team building events, and other events of Internship Program


* Undergraduate Junior or Graduate Student; Human Resources and Business Administration majors preferred
* Must be detail-oriented
* Must possess problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to keep information confidential
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as with a team
