The Stock Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing timely and accurate completion of the following list of duties:

  • Shipment
  • Prepare and track all outbound shipping
  • Function as Captain of the shipment process ensuring the most efficient receipt of product and supplies
  • Updates
  • Oversee execution of updates for all worlds per company standards
  • Maintain Onstage Visual Pride standards
  • Manage cleaning /deep cleaning programs to ensure store cleanliness
  • Animations Prep
  • Check in all visual elements and communicate missing/ damaged pieces to Operations Assistant Manager
  • Support Backstage Organization
  • Maintain, organize, and modify as needed

  • Knowledge, experience, skills required
  • Computer knowledge (Word/Excel) and Store Systems
  • 1-2 years in retail/service industry with management/supervision
  • Excellent organization and planning skills

  • Minimum Education Level
  • High School graduate

  • Requirements of the Job
  • Ability to clearly communicate with store employees
  • Work in a fragrance filled environment
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and bend and stretch to stock shelves
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including days/nights/hours as well as shipment process and recovery shifts, 24/7, when needed
  • Wear costume provided
  • Consistent and reliable attendance
