The Temporary/Seasonal Operations Associate is responsible for:
  • Processing Tester, Damages and Known Theft
    • Daily process damages, testers and known theft product and organization backstage
  • Shipment and Receiving
    • Ensure all shipment is executed on stage and/or backstage in a timely manner
    • Accept all boxes per company procedure
  • Animations Prep
    • Check in all visual elements and communicate missing/ damaged pieces to Operations Assistant Manager
  • Backstage Organization
    • Maintain and organize as needed
  • Perform other store-related duties as assigned

  • Experience Preferred
  • 1 year work experience preferably in operations capacity

  • Knowledge, skills required
  • Computer and Store Systems
  • Solid communication skills

  • Minimum Educational Level
  • High School Graduate

  • Requirements of the Job
  • Work in a fragrance filled environment
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and bend and stretch to stock shelves
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including days/nights/weekends/holidays and key weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, and shipment in the evening and stock shifts when needed
  • Wear costume provided
  • Consistent and reliable attendance
