Maintain and execute quality cleaning timeline Complete tasks and daily checklist Organize stock, supplies, testers and samples
Store Presentation Maintain Sephora's visual and merchandising standards at all times Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within assigned zone Assist in maintaining standards of safety and cleanliness of backstage: stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Assist in the maintenance of store's animation and events
Operations Follow Sephora visual and merchandising standards Inform operations of defective/damaged merchandise/fixtures/equipment Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss Participate in inventory control
Training Assist in training new Quality Agents
Knowledge, Experience, Skills required Excellent organizational, client service and communication skills Retail/service experience preferred Arithmetic skills
Requirements of the Job Move around on-stage, back stage and offices Lift and carry 50 pounds Restock store shelves, lifting and bending as required Work in a fragrance filled environment Handle cosmetic products Use a calculator Able to work flexible hours/days/nights weekends and holidays Wear costume provided Consistent and reliable attendance
