The Operations Co-Manager will oversee the following operations responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels of all stock and supplies
  • Damages Testers
  • Ensure a daily process of damages, testers and known theft product and organization backstage per company standards
  • Stockroom Maintenance
  • Maintain backstage area per company standard
  • Updates
  • Supervise the completion of all world updates and communication of all missing/ broken components
  • Supply Ordering
  • Maintain supply budget
  • Cycle Counting
  • Determine brands/ subclasses to cycle count
  • Delegate/ plan brands weekly
  • Maintenance
  • Review and follow up using Hotline Online (web based store system)
  • Environmental/ HAZMAT
  • Ensure the store is compliant with all environmental operations requirements and document per company standards
  • Safety
  • Ensure all cast and leadership is familiar with company safety standards
  • Cleanliness/ Organization
  • Oversee the maintenance of the cleaning and deep cleaning programs
  • Animations
  • Oversee proper Animation execution per company standards in a timely manner
  • Analyze operational compliance and ensure all budgets related to operations responsibilities are met
  • Open and close store including weekends and nights

  • People Development Human Resources
  • Recruit, interview, and hire (with Store Director) cashiers, quality, recovery and operations teams
  • Supervise and train team to develop their client service skills and business knowledge.

  • Knowledge, Skills Required
  • 2-3 years of retail experience, cosmetic experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel
  • High School Graduate or equivalent. College degree preferred

  • Job Requirements
  • Move around on-stage, back stage and office. Bend and stretch to stock shelves
  • Lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Bend and stretch to stock shelves
  • Work in a fragrance filled environment
  • May handle and apply products to clients
  • Wear costume provided
  • Consistent and reliable attendance
  • Able to work flexible days/nights/hours, weekends and holidays.
