The Education Lead drives education and training in their store including assessing and communicating training needs, providing company focused and tailored training for store and cast; brand management and cast coaching. The Education Lead will also perform Lead responsibilities as required and provide selling support.

  • Be perceived as a leader and maintain objective and professional relationships with brand partners, key stakeholders, cast, peers, and supervisors.
  • Demonstrate high ethical standards.

  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Orientation: support onboarding for new cast members
  • Videos: ensure cast and leadership viewing.
  • Product and Category Training: perform training on overall categories; facilitate skill practices
  • Prepare all cast for facilitator-led training: welcome letters, pre-work, travel, and expense guidelines
  • Complete certification observations for Express Services, Skincare, Color, and Fragrance Encore
  • Support and drive events, including client seminars and special projects

  • Knowledge, Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Entry level analytical and basic math skills

  • Cosmetic experience required
  • Certified in Skincare/Color and/or Fragrance
  • Experience in providing training
  • Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel desirable

  • Experience Preferred:
  • 1-2 years in retail/service industry with management/supervision

  • Minimum educational level
  • High School Graduate or equivalent. College degree preferred
  • Proficiency in a foreign language desirable

  • Requirements of the Job
  • Move around "on-stage," "back stage" and offices
  • Lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Work in a fragrance filled environment
  • Handle and apply cosmetic products to clients
  • Bend and stretch to stock shelves
  • Able to work flexible days/nights/hours including weekends and holidays
