On Stage
  • Maintain and execute quality cleaning timeline
  • Complete tasks and daily checklist
  • Organize stock, supplies, testers and samples
  • Perform other store-related duties as assigned

  • Store Presentation
  • Maintain Sephora's visual and merchandising standards at all times
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within assigned zone
  • Assist in maintaining standards of safety and cleanliness of backstage: stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
  • Assist in the maintenance of store's animation and events

  • Operations
  • Follow Sephora's visual and merchandising standards
  • Inform operations of defective/damaged merchandise/fixtures/equipment
  • Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss
  • Participate in inventory control

  • Knowledge, Experience, Skills required
  • Excellent organizational, client service and communication skills
  • Retail/service experience preferred
  • Arithmetic skills

  • Requirements of the Job
  • Move around on-stage, back stage and offices
  • Lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Restock store shelves, lifting and bending as required
  • Work in a fragrance filled environment
  • Handle cosmetic products
  • Use a calculator
  • Able to work flexible hours/days/nights weekends, holidays and key weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's
  • Wear costume provided
  • Consistent and reliable attendance
