Sephora Cashiers provide all cash handling and related procedures as well as provides excellent client service. This is a temporary/seasonal position.
"On Stage"/Client ServicesGreet all clients with enthusiasmProvide courteous, knowledgeable service to clientsComplete transactions accurately and efficiently (including gift wrap)Deal with returns/exchanges in a positive mannerEngage clients in appropriate conversation while completing transactionProvide basic store and product information to clients as neededPerform other store-related duties as assignedStore PresentationMaintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zoneAssist in maintaining standards of the back of the store: stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathroom, etc.OperationsCommunicate inventory issues/concerns to operations or leadershipMaintain store safety standardsEnsure "stage" coverage is appropriate for servicing clients. Communicate zone needs to Specialist or "Director-in-Charge".Perform these cashier functions and operations on a daily basis:- Returns/Exchanges
- Price Adjustments (Must be approved by Store Manager or Co-Manager)
- Voids
- Employee Transactions
- Communicate Supply Needs
- Opening Cashier Procedures
- Closing Cashier Procedures
- Gift wrapping
