Job Description

Our engineers are involved in all phases of product development from initial identification of customer needs to high volume production implementation. Emphasis is on the use of state-of-the-art concepts, materials, and assembly technologies. This is a hands-on position for an individual who wants to see her/his ideas embodied in successful products. This project will be focused on supporting development efforts for the advancement of the unified calibration project. The scope of the work will be to work with the project lead, defining detailed hardware specifications, defining detailed software specification, hardware testing and embedded software development. This role would be supporting the Senior Member of Technical Staff project lead during the internship and would be mentored through the project.

* Job Description:
* As an intern you responsibilities could include:
* Full ownership of product design and product development.
* Performing design verification on original and/or derivative ideas using analytical and experimental methods.
* Maintaining product documentation (drawings and specs.)
* Preparing, testing, and debugging prototypes (assignments are hands-on).

Educational requirements: pursuing a BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering

* Job requirements:
* Bachelor/Master degree candidate (Third year BS candidate minimum)
* Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplined development team
* A strong understanding of the fundamentals of electrical/computer science engineering principles and software languages (C++, C#)
