Job Description

Operations Analyst role:

Your career would begin with our training program which includes our corporate orientation, Middle Office orientation, as well as on the job training.

You would be encouraged to participate in SEI's robust learning and development offerings which include technology, professional skills, and communication training.

You would have the opportunity to build your network beginning with our new hire Happy Hour, additional SEI Happy Hours, our Affinity Groups, as well as our grassroots volunteer initiative SEI Cares.

You would participate in regular performance meetings with your manager to ensure thoughtful career management and to formulate individual career goals.

In addition to processing transactions, you would be encouraged to research and troubleshoot new ways and answers within your domain of expertise, share ideas around re-engineering processes, and mentor and guide new analysts.


Successful operations analysts typically possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience within the financial services industry through internships or other opportunities

Extracurricular involvement such as volunteer initiatives, travel abroad programs, or participation in clubs, organizations, and athletic groups

Strong attention to detail

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities

Desire to work as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills

Logical and analytical thinking

Ability to prioritize in a high volume environment

Position Requirements

Basic Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, math, or related field and will be graduating between December 2017 - June 2018. Graduates and alumni considered.

Industry related experience

Must be eligible to work in the U.S
