Job Description

SEI (NASDAQ:SEIC) is a leading global provider of investment processing, investment management, and investment operations solutions that help corporations, financial institutions, financial advisors, and ultra-high-net-worth families create and manage wealth.

The Separately Managed Accounts Operations team is dedicated to providing back office solutions to investment managers. Primary responsibilities include establishing new client accounts, processing account maintenance items, reconciliation of trade and transaction activity, processing quality control checks and other support functions. The position requires an ability to work in a fast pace environment and meet daily deadlines; excellent communication and computer skills. Experience in the investment industry and Fiserv APL system knowledge is a plus but not required. This position reports to Team Leader.

Job Description

Establish new investor accounts in a timely and accurate manner

Review and process account maintenance items according to SLA's

Reconcile client accounts on a daily basis

Provide high level of client service to Investment Managers

Assist on departmental projects as requested

Process quality control checks of new accounts and maintenance items in accordance with the departmental guidelines.

Manage multiple workflow queues throughout the day

Position Requirements

BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Economics or 1 year equivalent experience preferred.

Internship or one year professional experience preferred.

Excellent organizational and advanced problem solving skills.

Strong dedication to quality customer service

Excellent verbal skills

Excellent interpersonal skills / team player

Ability to multi task maintain high level of quality

Ability to work under pressure to meet daily deadlines

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to work in an environment in which processes and procedures are actively evolving

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the work environment may require an individual to move around the office and from building to building which may expose the individual to weather conditions outside. The individual has to be able to sit or be stationary at a computer and use computers for extended periods of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the environment is moderate and the individual must be able to communicate and exchange information with people in person and over the telephone and email.
