Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is interested in working in a fast paced, exciting environment in Biotech. The individual should be comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets efficiently and effectively, while communicating their findings to their colleagues and clients.

The individual will work closely with the Clinical Development leadership daily to further develop the real-time data analytics. Ultimately, the analyst will help refine/build the analytical platform by collecting new data, cleaning it, performing complex analytics, and displaying the conclusions in a format understandable by technical and non-technical users alike.

Responsibilities:

* Independently develop high-quality deliverables, KPI and analytics in a timely manner
* Present information using data visualization techniques and enterprise tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire
* Propose solutions and strategies to address operational business challenges
* Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes

Qualifications:

* Pursuing a degree in a related field
* Familiarity with manipulating and analyzing large datasets
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
* Object-oriented programming and web programming knowledge are pluses
* The ability to adapt and learn on the fly is essential
