Job Description

Summary:

The Clinical Trials Associate Intern will train to specific tasks and duties and with this knowledge will support the team by partnering with various CTAs to assist in completion of study projects and assignments.

Responsibilities:

* Support the CTA team in the execution of clinical trials by assisting with the following:
* Maintaining the Trial Master File (TMF) and Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
* Maintaining accurate vendor, site contact and internal study team contact information
* Supporting QC reviews of site files and assisting with issue resolution
* Tracking study progress and producing reports and status metrics


* Distributing trial related materials to sites, study teams and vendors
* Tracking essential documents and assisting with production and distribution of study materials and site communications
* Preparation of meeting agendas, minutes and tracking of action items
* Scheduling and assisting with running of meetings in-house and via Zoom
* Other administrative tasks, as needed
* Attending study team meetings and CTA team meetings

Qualifications:

* Pursuing a degree in a related field
* Proficiency with technological systems; competency with Microsoft Office suite
* Fundamental understanding of filing systems and organizational tools
* Basic knowledge and understanding of Essential Documents, CFR and GCP/ICH preferred
