Seasons Healthcare Managment is seeking a Revenue Account Receivable Manager to join our team of professionals in Rosemont, Il.  We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.

The Revenue Accounts Receivable Manager will direct, manage, and coordinate billing and revenue cycle activities with the goal of providing strategic direction to maximize reimbursement.


Five plus years of leadership experience in a Revenue Cycle role.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Strong knowledge of applicable healthcare federal and state laws and regulations.

Demonstrated competency in working in teams and ability to effectively communicate with all levels.

Demonstrated leadership in creating and implementing new processes.

Above average use of Excel Spreadsheets.

Hospice Industry experience a plus.

Knowledge or experience working with Cerner’s Homeworks Electronic Medical Record (EMR) a plus.

Demonstrated commitment to Seasons Hospice’s philosophy of care, values, mission statement and organizational culture.
