Senior Analyst - Acquisitions and Dispositions

We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our clients, near Baltimore, MD location. Our client is one of the largest mixed use/residential developers in the US. The position comes with an outstanding career path, compensation and yearly equity. This position is a dual reporting role will assist the Director or Acquisitions and Dispositions as well as the Senior Director of Asset Management. The individual will assist in the preparation and maintenance of property and portfolio level pro-forma models that will be utilized for evaluating acquisitions, dispositions, developments and redevelopment opportunities, and other ad-hoc value add opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. The candidate will coordinate with the regional finance, leasing and property management teams, and development teams for validation and assessment of certain business information and financial metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics

  • Master's Degree (or Candidate) with concentration in Finance, Development or Valuation - preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years' commercial real estate experience

  • The ability to construct pro-forma models and IRR's utilizing Argus Enterprise

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels

  • Must be a team player, capable of multi-tasking; must be goal-oriented and work well on deadlines and prioritization
