Job Description
- Travel worldwide (mainly in North & Central America), up to 80% of the time and from durations of 4 to 6 weeks, in order to perform various commissioning tasks for client companies
- Will be training customers and performing system start-ups
- Will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC motors, robotics, vision, and data acquisition systems
- Systems will be compromised of primarily pneumatics, with some hydraulics, conveyors, robots, and electronics
- Multiple positions are open!
Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering is preferred, but not required
- Must have experience with capital equipment installation and commissioning
- Ability to troubleshoot PLCs is required
- Ability to travel abroad and for periods of 4-6 weeks at a time - employee will receive compensation time of a week and a half to two weeks to rest at home afterward
