Scope of Position

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a successful Black Belt candidate to join our Operational Excellence group within the Product Care Division serving the E-Commerce industry.  The Black Belt candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing transformational process improvement projects for customers in the E-Commerce industry. In this role, the candidate will be expected to work in close collaboration with the Strategic Account Managers, TBM’s and Channel Partners who will initiate the leads. The candidate will also have the knowledge, experience, and expertise to manage customer expectations in leading cross functional teams. The individual will manage process improvement projects across countries.

This role is a critical part of establishing a differentiating service offering portfolio from the Product Care division. In this position, the Black Belt will be expected to build tools and templates and work in environments with minimal knowledge of process management best practices. This position will not have direct reports.


Principle responsibilities for this position will focus on:

  • Support and work closely with the Sales teams in identifying potential leads
  • Establish a trusting and professional relationship with customers
  • Communicate effectively the principles of Operational Excellence including Lean Management principles.
  • Understand and quantify customer requirements in resolving pain points to identify improvement opportunities
  • Carry out operational assessments and analysis to understand customers’ operations
  • Advise customers on best approach to increase process efficiency
  • Facilitate Kaizen events or lead/coach process improvement project using the DMAIC methodology with a high degree of autonomy and capability
  • Keep track, present and report the total value/benefits generated from improvement initiatives
  • Provide individual contribution in problem solving efforts from different customer’s requirements to improve quality, increase throughput, and improve lead time and service delivery in order to generate significant business value
  • Keeping documentation current and standardize all improvement projects and providing management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting through the project tracking system and management/project reviews



  • Associate’s Degree. BA/BS Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business or Commerce; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working in multi-national or multi-location business
  • 5+ years of experience managing remote teams
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer interfacing projects
  • Ability to travel 50%
  • Valid Driver's License


  • Strongly preferred-Black Belt Certification
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and team-building skills
  • Low-maintenance and highly autonomous in travels and logistics
