The Manager Communications  will  provide direct support to the Director  for new initiatives and strategies by:


Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing content for change management tools and enablers such as key initiative calendar, communication protocols and guidelines to ensure information is transmitted to employees in an effective and efficient manner
  • Building, managing and sustaining communication repository to house current and  relevant information to help employees deliver high quality service and advice to customers
  • Supporting IB team with content for internal executives and stakeholders materials such as presentations, project summary, dashboards etc to effectively communicate initiatives and implement change
  • Administering and coordinating the distribution of all Regional communications targeted to employees and/or VP+  including messages and announcements from the Executive team 
  • Providing feedback on content, layout and design of content provided by IB partners team to ensure a customer centric approach is embedded in all material communicated to employees, anticipating and recommending ways to overcome potential customer and employee objections.
  • Supporting and working closely with internal groups, delivery channels, business lines and segment/units in the development of dashboards, templates, roadmaps and employee engagement materials to delivery high quality content that is relevant to drive Regional strategy and Key Performance Indicators 
  • Soliciting feedback by conducting surveys, collecting accurate data, analyzing and testing user satisfaction before and following implementation of initiatives. Providing validation or recommendations for enhancement based on results analysis



The incumbent requires the following knowledge:

  • Excellent communications design and delivery capabilities
  • Strong co-ordination, time management skills to facilitate strong teamwork and co-ordinated execution of multiple deliverables concurrently
  • Strong written and oral skills
  • Thorough knowledge of HTML coding, Sharepoint,  Word processing, Powerpoint, Excel spreadsheet and presentation software applications   
  • Familiarity with Dreamweaver Software suite is an asset
  • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
  • **Post Secondary Business Degree and/or other applicable qualifications


Miscellaneous Comments:

Strong oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a background or direct knowledge/skill in HTML coding and Online Share Point design to effectively execute this job.  Other web design skill is an asset.
