Client Solutions Analyst - Edmonton

As a Client Solutions Analyst, you will:

Support the proactive acquisition of new clients by understanding clients’ needs and identifying business opportunities/referrals

Deepen client relationships by understanding clients’ businesses, being a client champion, providing admin support/service for client-facing interactions and providing actionable recommendations to support credit decisions

Make it easy to do business by minimizing touch points to provide fast turnaround times, including sound and timely credit underwriting support and financial analysis

 

Performance objectives for this role reward proactive, resourceful and committed support of a portfolio of lower to moderately complex borrowing and non-borrowing relationships. You are responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer experience, credit underwriting and compliance, revenue growth and client activities.

 

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

Demonstrated credit judgment and a good knowledge of the Bank’s lending policies, practices and procedures, as well as financial analysis and risk assessment techniques for structuring credits

Proven ability to align workload with objectives and manage competing priorities

Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written)

Established relationship building and teamwork skills

Basic credit skills (must be able to spread financials, assess risk and draw conclusions to develop concise credit presentations)

Undergraduate degree in business or economics or equivalent work experience

 

This position reports to the Senior Credit Solutions Manager.
