Job Description

The person in this position works in a temporary position with an emphasis on on-the-job training

Essential Job Functions:

* Day to day typical department duties
* Assist with key project (s)
* Gain valuable work experience and prepare for future career
* Interacting with customers
* Call Center duties
* Testing software
* Issue resolution

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

* No industry experience required, but any gaming-related experience is desirable

Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Current enrollment in Bachelor of Computer Science or related degree
