Job Description:

In this internship, you will directly work alongside the Director of Diversity and Inclusion to support D&I efforts within our organization. You will also support other areas of HR such as Partner Development with various projects to assist in the training and development of our partners. Schreiber Foods is seeking candidates that have the flexibility and mindset needed to work in a global environment. This position is a year round internship, offering part-time hours during the school year and full-time hours during the summer and school breaks. This position would start May 2020.

What you'll do:

Diversity & Inclusion

* Compile data for D&I metrics and dashboards - Excel 2016 and PowerPoint 2016.
* Design effective presentations - PowerPoint 2016.
* Assist with programs and activities supporting D&I strategy.
* Analyze data to recognize trends (Excel 2016).

Partner Development

* Build surveys and run reports - Qualtrics.
* Edit audio/video - Camtasia and Audacity.
* Create e-learning training - Articulate 360.
* Publish and test training in LMS (SLM Administrator responsibility).
* Retrofit old PowerPoints into new modern template - PowerPoint 2016.
* Analyze Excel reports - Excel 2016.

What you need to succeed:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Human Resources or International Studies emphasis preferred. Sophomore status or higher preferred. If enrolled in an Associate's degree program must have a plan to pursue a bachelor's degree immediately after associates is completed.
* Ability to work year round, part-time during the school year and fulltime during summer/winter breaks. We would prefer to have the selected candidate start in May.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Must have self-starter attitude.
* Willingness to learn.
* High curiosity and drive to learn about other cultures.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and fast learner.
* Able to work independently and take ownership of processes.
