What you'll do:

As a Front End Engineer, you'll be in a hands-on development role collaborating with our team in building the leading LMS software in the industry, Schoology! Your focus will be sharing ownership of the implementation of our new style guide and design system. This will also involve creating UI components to continuously improve our customers' user experience.

You will be diving into technology you may not be familiar with.

You'll also:

* Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Operations teams to create and deliver features that benefit our users.
* Contribute to the implementation and adoption of a style guide for use both by us and open sourced for our partners to help unify the look at feel of Schoology.
* Be paired with someone on your projects to ensure you are making forward progress and getting the most out of the work in front of you.

To succeed in the position, you will need:

* Strong CS fundamentals
* A desire to learn and dig into areas you do not understand, learning on your own and with guidance
* Experience with Javascript, CSS and HTML
