ATM Product Manager-1807622

Description

The ATM Product Manager position will be a part of the Digital Banking Team which is responsible for the development and implementation of effective strategies and tactics to enhance the value proposition of the Retail and Small Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking & ATM Channels.

The ATM Product Manager will capture business requirements for various projects and work with Technology to translate them into development and testing solutions that meet the business needs and to manage various ATM projects. This position will also be responsible for assessing the competitive landscape and keeping a pulse on industry trends and market demand.

Responsibilities:

* Develop subject matter expertise of the ATM channel
* Lead ATM channel projects (e.g., ATM Hardware Refresh, ATM software platform replacement) working as the liaison between the business, operations, technical areas and vendors throughout the project
* Play a key role in the planning, testing, and implementation of enhancements, tracking deliverables and timelines
* Create user journey's to support new functionality and provide optimal customer experience
* Lead activities to design, manage, and evaluate business acceptance tests for end to end processes and the end-user customer experience (internal and external).
* Facilitate implementation of new functionality by developing training materials and appropriate documentation.
* Adopt a lean and agile approach to product development and delivery, coordinating efforts with project delivery team members to create the detailed sprint and testing plans
* Bring a strong track record of collaboration within the digital banking industry, with business, legal, compliance, risk, fraud and technology areas
* Solicits information regarding operational processes through interviews, document analysis, case scenarios, business process descriptions, task and workflow analysis
* Collaborate and coordinate with operations and other departments to outline and document detailed project plans that define key activities, timelines and resource requirements
* Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with business managers, subject matter experts and IT personnel
* Works with the business and IT to manage issues as they arise. Ensure there is appropriate tracking and reporting on issues and resolution

Qualifications

* Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business or engineering
* At least 5 years of experience in a role involving similar skills, preferably in a regulated environment
* Professional experience with digital business environments and consumer technology products strongly preferred
* Technical Qualifications & Skills: Solid analytical, critical and creative problem solving skills with an understanding of how to utilize electronic delivery channels to meet business goals
* Must be able to manage multiple products and projects with the capacity to work with and influence cross-functional areas, including other lines of business, technology and operations with conflicting priorities
* Experience operating in an agile environment
* Proven experience in managing projects from scope/ideation through implementation, working across multiple constituents to deliver on time and with quality
* Individual Contributor
* Strong results orientation
* Able to prioritize quickly and maintain focus on tasks requiring extended effort and persistence
* Experience managing projects of moderate size and complexity
* Strong financial and business analysis skills
* Power user of MS Office tools especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
