What is it like to work for Sanford Health?

Working at Sanford Health is rewarding, energizing and inspiring, but don’t take our word for it. Read what a few of our fellow coworkers have to say about what working for Sanford Health means to them …

Mike Wilde, MD
A strong core of reputable professional physicians.
“There are many advantages to being a physician at Sanford Health. It is an organization with a strong core of respected, professional physicians. I am proud to work with an administration who is committed to patient care and professional excellence. Their main concern is always ‘what is best for the patients’ which allows me to focus on the practice of medicine rather than the business and politics of medicine.

“I feel very fortunate to play a part in an organization that continues to evolve and change with the times and is willing to set the bar to a higher standard of care. Debbie Roberts
When you do a good deed, one will be given back to you.
“Family is not just the people who raised you when you were young, it’s the people in your life on a daily basis—those with whom you share your life. Long-term care is hard work, physically and mentally. I try to do one little extra, kind thing each day for someone, whether it’s a hug, a smile, making someone laugh or just giving an extra moment to listen. Turns out, I get as much out of those moments as the patients. The other bonus is I get to work with a crazy group of wonderful people, and who doesn’t love that.”
