Job Description

:

Division 3000 is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to lead, manage and oversee the strategic direction of the Human Resources Business Partner \(HRBP\) team, including HRBP Team Leads\.

On any given day, you may be called on to:

+ Determine and lead the strategic direction of the HRBP team, ensuring that the role of the HRBP is aligned with the division and corporate strategic objectives that serve to meet customer needs and enable corporate and HR initiatives\.
+ Oversee the development and effective execution of large\-scale company and division programs and initiatives that are deployed through the HR Business Partner team\.
+ Provide consultation on highly complex employee relations and organizational issues\.
+ Oversee the selection and growth and development of HR Business Partners\.
+ Deliver customer value by recognizing customer needs and developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and team capabilities to deliver products and services\.

Required:

+ Bachelors degree plus 10 years of human resources work experience\.
+ Two or more years of management experience\.

Desired:

+ Masters degree and 5 years of human resources work experience\.
+ Ten years human resources work experience in at least 2 different HR disciplines\.
+ Experience managing matrixed employees\.
+ SHRM\-SCP, SHRM\-CP, SPHR, PHR, or other relevant HR certification\.
+ Active DOE/DOD security clearance\.

Security Clearance:

Position requires a Department of Energy \(DOE\) granted Q\-level security clearance\.
