Job Description

:

We are seeking Human Resources Support\. As a member of the Recruiting and Student Programs team, you will provide assistance and support for activities related to Sandia's corporate recruiting function\. If you have a track record of delivering quality customer service, are successful with juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and possess exceptional organizational skills, then this role may be a fit for you\.

On any given day, you may be called on to:

+ Place online advertisements for job openings
+ Reconcile monthly P\-card statements and monitor contracts
+ Assist with preparing materials for campus recruiting events
+ Maintain recruiting materials inventory
+ Prepare reports and participate on projects
+ Coordinate events and presentations

Required:

+ High school diploma plus three or more years of directly related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience\.

Desired:

+ Proven ability to team and collaborate, problem\-solve, take the initiative, and juggle multiple priorities\.
+ Proven ability to leverage reports and data from systems, with strong attention to detail\.
+ Intermediate to advanced capability with Microsoft office business applications, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook\.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal\.
+ Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information\.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing \(or a related field\)\.

Security Clearance:

Position requires a Department of Energy \(DOE\)\-granted L\-level security clearance\.

This Limited Term Employee \(LTE\) position is a temporary position for one year term, which may be renewed at Sandia's discretion up to a maximum of seven years\.

Individuals in LTE positions may bid on regular Sandia positions as internal candidates, and in some cases may be converted to regular career positions during their term if warranted by ongoing operational needs, continuing availability of funds, and satisfactory job performance\.
