Job Description

Position Summary: The primary responsibility for the Luxury Suite intern is to support the Luxury Suite Department in all aspects of customer service and account management of our important Season Suiteholder business. The focus of the department is to create and operate the best Suite ownership experience in the entertainment industry by providing excellent, personalized customer service on a daily basis as well as running impeccable Suite Level operations on game and event days. Basic responsibilities include supporting the daily Account Management, game day event set-up, and various administrative duties.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for answering the Luxury Suite Hotline and general email box to address customer questions, issues and requests
  • Support department in planning Suite Level game day events, the annual Suite Owner event, and the Suite Owner Road Trip
  • Become proficient with Giants ticketing system  (Provenue), handling additional Suite ticket orders
  • Learn and utilize Salesforce, our customer management system
  • Assist with ad-hoc and special projects within the Ticket Services department as needed
  • Perform administrative and various other duties and tasks as necessary as assigned by VP or Director of Luxury Suites

Game Days:

  • Primarily responsible for answering the Luxury Suite Hotline and general email box to address customer questions, issues and requests
  • Conduct Suite Level inspections and track outstanding maintenance work orders to maintain the optimal look and functionality of the Suite Level
  • Business Center meeting room set-up and customer support
  • Triples Alley pre-game support

Qualifications

  • Must be a college student currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program
  • Experience within the service industry (sports or hospitality industry preferred)
  • Experience servicing high revenue generating accounts
  • Established professional and poised demeanor
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with tickets.com & database management systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to quickly establish positive professional relationships with Giants staff      and fans
