Job Description

Responds daily to customers’ technical issues regarding JetBrains’ IntelliJ IDEA software tools.

Location: San Diego area, working from home full-time using internet, cloud computing, & phone.

Minimum Requirement: US BA or BS or foreign equivalent in computer science or computer engineering, with emphasis on computer networking and programming; 1 year technical experience supporting server/networking/architecture issues in multiple customer environments, including Windows/Linux/Mac; 2 years experience with software development & issue tracking tools, including JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA and YouTrack. Concurrent experiences acceptable. Multiple positions available.
