Job Summary:
Enterprise Middleware and Data Services team within Salesforce IT is currently seeking a team member who is detailed-oriented, pro-active self-starter to support various integration applications deployed in production and non-production environments in Mulesoft ESB, Jitterbit, Oracle SOA and Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities: Manage queue of cases and work with users to troubleshoot production issues. Monitor production and non-production platforms. Deploy Integration applications to Production and Non-Production environments. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Monitor integration applications deployed in production platform. Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce to help monitoring production applications. Create shell scripts to automate and improve support process. Work with Business partners, Product owners and Release managers to coordinate production release for new features and bug fixes. Document support process, standard operational procedures, support reference manuals.
Required Skills: Current student completing a bachelor's degree in computer sciences, programming or a related field, graduating in Spring 2016 Good understanding of data integration concepts and technologies. Good understanding of Unix/Linux OS server concepts. Good understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL). Ability to create reports and dashboards on Salesforce platform. Basic knowledge of any scripting language such as Shell. Experience with case management and bug tracking tools. Ability to create and modify google sites. Good understanding of API governance tools and concepts. Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and concepts. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts. Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness, Strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Desired Skills: Experience with Salesforce platform. Experience with Mulesoft ESB, Jitterbit and Oracle SOA integration technologies. Experience with Gemfire Cache, Rabbit-MQ and Apigee technologies. Experience with Data loader tools for Salesforce like Jitterbit, Workbench. Familiarity with Software Release Management principles and methodology including Adaptive Delivery Methodology (ADM).
