Job Description

 Director of Business Services


Responsible for ensuring all hospital services, including

physician practices, conduct high-performing revenue

cycle processes.  This includes assurance of proper

documentation, optimal A/R management, and

maximization of reimbursement in compliance with

all regulatory mandates.  Responsible for departmental budgeting,

strategic planning, resource allocation, and staffing.


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

with a concentration in either Accounting or Finance is preferred. 

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospital or medical office billing and 

experience in a supervisory position required.  Work history

must include responsibility for revenue cycle, coding, billing,

fee schedule evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
