TCM MC/CP Policy Analyst (Job Number:430147)



SAIC has a contingent position open for a Policy Analyst (Combat Developer) to support the TRADOC Capability Manager Mission Command/Command Posts, Fort Leavenworth, KS; Fort Benning, GA. The candidate selected will conduct research, analytics, and integration of the Unified Action Partner (UAP) Implementation Plan, UAP interoperability and UAP equities of the Command Post Computing Environment (CP CE) into the framework of Mission Command (MC) capabilities development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities As an Combat Developer you will be responsible for the following duties:

- (1) capability development efforts for the operational requirements associated with the interoperability (i.e., human, procedural and technical aspects) of US Army Forces with Unified Action Partners (UAP);
- (2) user engagements with Army elements across echelons and coordination with Joint, Interorganizational and Multinational (JIM) organizations to enable integration of the Army Mission Command System with those of Unified Action Partners (UAP);
- (3) support for AWfC-14 and FES-4 activities;
- (4) analytics to integrate and incrementally synchronize UAP interoperability functionalities with CP CE;
- (5) developing metric- based requirements from operational requirements for UAP Interoperability across echelons and Army formations;
- (6) communicating operational requirements to the materiel developer and UAP communities;
- (7) developing/writing the Commander's UAP Interoperability Handbook; and,
- (8) conduct user engagements, observations, and assessments of Army-UAP interoperability during world-wide events/exercises involving JIM organizations.


- Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Secret


- 6+ years of experience with Department of Defense - Dept. of the Army
- Bachelors degree
- 6+ years of Analytics
- 6+ years of experience with Army Operations
