Administrative Assistant - NASA (Job Number:430175)


Provide administrative support to the NASA OMES Program Technical Lead and employees on the contract. Assist Tech Lead and employees in understanding processes, policies and procedures within the Business Unit, organizing company defined and required annual training sessions. Prepare and compose correspondence, travel orders, expense reports, file management, data entry, and compiling information from System administrators in order to do the weekly On Call rotation reporting and other administrative office matters as needed. Establish, maintain, and organize a variety of records, documents, files and/or technical data using general office software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint as needed etc. Maintain calendar, schedules, and appointments; arrange conference rooms for various meetings with government customer administrative assistant. Assist employees with any timecard issues/concerns, travel and training requirements related company policies and procedures. Serve as the administrative liaison between management and employees and will serve as the operative of general office equipment (copiers, fax machines. Receives, reviews and routes incoming mail, correspondence, and/or reports. Coordinate and work with team members on making sure all company policies and procedures are adhered, also assist security personnel with local on-site visit notices as needed. Administer good working relations with the government administrative assistant through scheduling of meeting rooms, meeting sessions, event planning, email notices etc. Interface and manage good working relationships with government customer, contractors, and sub-contractors.



- High School and five (5) years or more related experience.
- Microsoft Office (Computer Technology) - Level 2: 3-6 yrs
