Test Engineer (Job Number:429741)

Description:



Job Description
- Test Engineer with test and calibration requirements development and analysis for the fixed wing aircraft platforms and other related systems
- Validate test requirements against the Test Requirements Document (TRD) and Failure Modes & Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Develop calibration requirement document to ensure test bench is sufficiently accurate to provide stimuli and responses by the test equipment
- Perform software development (LabWindows/CVI) to create or modify test software based on existing code architecture
- Utilize test equipment like Digital Multi-meter (DMM), Oscilloscopes, and modular power supplies to make manual and automated measurements for analysis

Qualifications:
Required Education & Experience:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering and 5+ years' experience
- Must be familiar with the performance and operation of test equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, digital multimeters (DMMs), waveform and signal generators, and DC power supplies.
- Knowledge of LabWindows/CVI or C-based programming language is a required for test bench development.
- The ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
