Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SAIC has an opportunity for a Program Analyst - Data Planner supporting Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) A5/8Z with Advanced Programs Support. The successful applicant will support the integration of advanced program concepts and technology as well as coordinate and integrates resource priorities across the Special Access Program (SAP) portfolio to shape Combat Air Forces (CAF) programming strategy to ensure warfighter future requirements are met. Key duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide security and administrative support to A5/8ZC
- Primary duties include administrative security, visitor access control, visit notification, and processing of time sensitive and classified materials
- Regularly interface with the Joint Staff, Air Staff, (Major Commands) MAJCOMs, Numbered Air Forces (NAFs), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and other Government organizations when performing duties associated with A5/8Z
- Provide senior administrative support in the way of planning, scheduling and administrative support for conferences and meetings attended by general officers and equivalent civilian or industry corporate executives
- Provide correspondence review of background papers and other official documents for senior leadership and provide suspense tracking of these documents
- Coordinate division chief and conference room schedules for A5/8Z
- Assist in the planning and coordination of A5/8Z functions and conferences
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract.
- Responsibilities may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content.

Qualifications:

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience or High School diploma with 7 years of experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

- Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: TS/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
- Clearance Level To Obtain: TS/SCI with Poly

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Five (5) years of experience with Defense Travel System and Task Management Tool (TMT) process
- Five (5) years of experience in administrative and program security activities involving scheduling, preparation and/or review of correspondence, electronic database creation and maintenance, visitor control/entry access, and processing/tracking of classified materials
